After a short discussion with Lisa.

We decided that the lottery will be limited to maximum of one time per week. Possibly none some weeks.

People will start to expect to much from us, we do not want to build a guild dependant on lottery.

Of course we are still willing to help our members as much as is reasonable.

This is not open for discussion~
